With over 12 years of experience, Katerina has transitioned into leadership roles, shaping UX strategies that align user needs with business objectives.

She firmly believes in the power of data-driven design, a mindset shaped by her studies in Pure Mathematics at first, and later in Design, with a specialization in Human Computer Interaction. Recently, she completed a mini MBA to bridge the gap between UX Design and Business Strategy.
