ABSTRACT

Title: Qualco’s journey on Test management: Looking for a balance between time, costs and Quality on large scale projects.

Is Quality solely related to finding defects? Is a Software project considered successful when all critical defects have been resolved? In this presentation, we are going to explore what Test Management means in terms of monitoring quality risks and costs, from a FinTech company perspective. We are going to present how to organize test analysis and test implementation activities for Enterprise software applications, where large teams and various dependencies are involved. We will Identify and discuss the benefits of QAs collaborating with Client teams, during Analysis and User Acceptance phases. Also, how to tackle the challenges of communicating Testing progress between technical and business audiences and assess how QA Teams can contribute to overall Client delivery experience.
